Mindfulness for Our Current Times Course with Diane Matzke

6 Week Course on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm starting November 10, 2020 through December 15, 2020.

With life's new challenges the last six months this is an exceptional time to step into a new way of being! Mindfulness is a set of practices that can help us respond to these challenges with more ease.

During this course, Mindfulness for Our Current Times, we will use Mindfulness Practices to navigate the adjustments people have needed to make in their lives. We will start with a basic practice and then add new skills each week. The skills will include Mindfulness of breath, the body, our thoughts, our emotions, and compassion for ourselves/others. 

The course will be six weeks for an hour each week. We will do a review, check-in, talk and new practice each week. Our intent is to support each other to help ride the waves of our current times.

To fully experience the benefits of this course we require a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10 participants. For this course you will have the option to sit on a chair or your mat. Feel free to bring a pillow or anything that will make sitting more comfortable for you.

Registration is due by 11/08/20, the cost is $60 for the full 6 week course.
