A slower-paced, all-levels Vinyasa class, Candlelight Flow is the perfect way to end your day. Unwind and release stress in a darkened, candlelit room through a combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Room is set at 95 degrees.
The structure of a Core Flow class will mimic a Vinyasa Flow. Challenging yet invigorating, the focus of this class will be strengthening and stretching the abdominal muscles within the Flow sequences. Room is set at 95 degrees.
In Sanskrit, “Vinyasa” means “to place in a special way,” and that describes the fluid grace of a well-planned Vinyasa (Flow) sequence. As one of the most popular styles of yoga practiced in the West, Vinyasa classes will keep you moving! You’ll build heat synchronizing breath with movement through sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, and work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. This class is offered in 60 or 75 minute varieties. Room is set at 95 degrees.
Restorative Flow and Nidra
Nourish the body and mind with gentle flowing movements and passive restorative poses. Props support the body to help release tension and encourage healing. Each class ends with yoga nidra, a form of guided meditation used to lead you to the hypnagogic state – a conscious state between sleep and wakefulness. This is a 75 minute class. Room is set at 80 degrees.
A slower, more mindful approach to Vinyasa Flow. These all-levels classes allow time to modify each pose to fit your own body and create a strong connection to your breath. Room is set at 85 degrees.
Shift your practice to a higher gear with Power Flow. This class tones muscles as well as builds flexibility and stamina by incorporating dynamic postures, challenging transitions, longer holds and sometimes light weights. Room is set at 95 degrees.
Prairie Fire Flow
This class blends the best of Hot/Fire Yoga and our signature Power Flow together. The sequence of Prairie Fire Flow has been meticulously crafted to safely open and strengthen your body from head to toe. It is the same sequence every time, which allows the student to detach the mind from the body’s physical movements, making it a more meditative practice. Expect Sun Salutations, strength-building postures, backbends, twists, balances, and breathing exercises. This class is offered in 60 or 75 minute varieties. Room is set at 95 degrees
This is a high intensity workout using body weight and light weights combined with cardio bursts to sculpt your muscles. This resistance training will rejuvenate your spirit, improve your flexibility, and boost your metabolism. Indoor tennis shoes with light colored soles are okay to wear for this class as needed. Room is set at 90 degrees.
Bring balance to your life and yoga practice with Yin, an all-levels style of yoga based on the physiology of Traditional Chinese Medicine. While our Flow classes focus on movement, Yin emphasizes stillness. Slowly release your joints and connective tissues and activate your body’s inner flow of energy with seated, reclined, or prone postures held for 1-5 minutes. Room is set at 90 degrees.

The studio's doors are open for a self-guided practice. Explore what your body needs; whether it be a powerful flow or a 60 minute savasana. You are your best teacher. Room is set at 95 degrees.
The best way to start your day – begin with good intentions and a moment to light the spark within. Members are welcome to come in to meditate for free prior to the 8:30am class. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
