Coming Back to Our Bodies with Allie Dienger

Our body is a temple for our beautiful and radiant soul. Sometimes we forget that. Sometimes we forget our pure essence. Sometimes we waver. It is easy to get lured into the workings of this world, everyone and everything surrounding us. This workshop will be a practice of letting go. Twisting out the baggage. Taking time for yourself. Coming back to your center. Coming back to your body. Back to this. Here and now. Back to the present moment to feel. To feel the depths of your being. Getting out of your mind and into your breath, this class will twist and flow. From the surface to the depth, letting go will manifest itself. Twisting our perception back to love. Twisting our bodies to remove the stuck energy. And, letting go. Re-channeling the energy of holding on to letting go. Sign up in advance to reserve your spot! Bring along a journal and pen.
