Experience aromatherapy in a whole new way!

In this 2 hour Workshop, begin to learn about aromatherapy with an introduction to some basic essential oils, their benefits, and how aromatherapy can impact your health and wellness. We will then put this new information to use, and make our own organic products to take home!

We will conclude the workshop with a 60 minute Aroma Yin Class. The essential oils used will enhance the relaxing, soothing and stimulating aspects of your practice, while the yin practice will calm and restore concentration from pose to pose.
