Yoga Basics - Beginner & All Levels

This non-heated 3 class series will be done at a gentle pace in order to learn the fundamental poses of yoga. Clients will have the opportunity to center, meditate and connect breath to physical movement, gaining flexibility and strengthening muscles. Each week we will take time to introduce other yoga classes that are also offered at PFY.
