Amy Speed of SUP Girl Adventures will offer 6 Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes (6/23 at 4 pm and 4:30 pm, 7/21 at 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm, 8/4 at 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm) at Crystal Lake this summer. 

The class will meet at 8122 Crystal Lake Rd, Lodi, WI. Space is limited and pre-registration is REQUIRED. Sign up on MindBody, or by calling/visiting the studio! 

$45 (if equipment provided) $30 (if you bring your own equipment)

(Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the class to receive a refund. Amy reserves the right to cancel a class up to 24 hours before due to unfavorable weather conditions. If a class is canceled and a make-up date isn't available, a full refund will be issued.)
