These uplifting workshops are designed to help you break through your physical and mental barriers and empower you with the tools to move into inversions and arm balances with grace, confidence and ease. We'll explore a variety of different "challenging poses" including forearm stand, the beginnings of hollow-back, a variety of arm balances and handstand ~ all within a playful, safe and supportive environment. You'll learn how to connect with, and to your core, and summon your strength with targeted drills to facilitate a smooth and safe lift-off.
