Power Flow is perfect for those seeking a challenge, incorporating creative standing poses, arm balances, inversions, and sometimes small weights to tone muscles and build flexibility and stamina. Slow Flow provides a more mindful approach to Vinyasa, allowing time to modify each pose to fit your own body and create a strong connection to your breath, available in both heated and non-heated options. Prairie Fire Flow blends the intensity of Hot/Fire Yoga with our signature Power Flow, offering a meditative practice through a consistent sequence that includes Sun Salutations, strength-building postures, backbends, twists, balances, and breathing exercises. For those seeking a gentle and restorative experience, Restorative Yoga involves long, passive holds in restful poses supported by props to enhance relaxation and release, making it ideal for recovery or deep rest.

Barre
Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Hot 26
This class is the original hot yoga with 26 postures and two breathing exercises condensed to a one hour session. This is a beginner’s class, but put together, the asana sequence can be very physically challenging. We will flow sections of the class together to get most of the postures in twice, a signature feature of this class on which the sun never sets.
