Come join others who are passionate about fitness, running, and meeting other people along the way! This will be an easy group run that will start with a pre-running warm-up, a 30-minute run along the bike path, and a post-running cool-down. The group will meet and end at Prairie Fire Yoga inside the studio. All runners are welcome from experienced to novice!
