Vinyasa Yoga, also called "Flow Yoga", is one of the most commonly practiced yoga disciplines today. In this 2-hour workshop with Alyssa, you will build a strong foundation for a Vinyasa practice. After a brief discussion on the history and meaning of the practice, we will break down the proper body alignment and variations of key yoga poses and transitions, explore connecting breath with movement, and more.
You will emerge feeling capable and confident in your Vinyasa practice. This workshop is designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners who wish to deepen and refine their understanding of the elements of Vinyasa Yoga.
Room will be heated between 85-90 degrees.
