Mindfulness Meditation Sessions at Prairie Fire Yoga

It’s a crazy, busy morning…you’re trying to get everyone out the door, only nothing seems to be going right…or going at all!

Now, imagine dropping the kids off at school and heading to a place where you can land safely, release whatever is getting in the way and reset the day before it even begins.

Join us as we create a community of meditators for 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation sessions.

As a gift to our wellness community, we are offering 4-free sessions - just in time to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary Prairie Fire Yoga & Wellness Center and the collaboration between PFY and Wisconsin River Holistic Professionals! These free sessions will be held on Fridays, 7:50 - 8:20 a.m., March 16, 23, 30 and the 4th session will be a drop-in session on Saturday, April 7th as part of our Anniversary Celebration!

Lori Anderson, Prairie Fire Yoga and Mary Ann Marx, Wisconsin River Holistic Professionals will lead this community of meditators as we learn how to reflect, regroup, and recharge. Developing a practice of mindfulness meditation is one of the very best ways to give your mind a much, needed break and emerge refreshed and ready to take on the day!
