Explore Svabhāva (the character and habitual nature of our thoughts, mood and behaviors), Svarūpa (the true form or nature of your essential self) and Sankalpa (your intention, determination, decision, heart wish). Become aware of what Yoga is beyond the mat.
The workshop will begin with a 30-minute discussion of yogic tools to create inner peace during the darkest season (with handouts), followed by an hour-long flow practice integrating those tools into your being.
