Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a wonderful way to practice yoga without as much pressure on the joints as a regular yoga class, improving strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, stress, pain management, and mental clarity. 

This is a great option for seniors and those who have limited mobility, as well as for practicing yogis who want to learn some new techniques for the desk and airplane.
