TRE™ (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a practice developed by Dr. David Berceli to remind the body of its natural ability to release tension and stress.
This modality is a natural complement to yoga and pairing them together allows us to connect more fully to our mind, body and nervous system.
Come and learn how to integrate these practices and leave feeling more relaxed and grounded.
No prior level of physical fitness or special ability is required. Absolute beginners of both yoga and TRE™ are most welcome and encouraged to attend! Please wear comfortable clothes.
